Craig Groeschel: Confessions of a Pastor: Adventures in Dropping the Pose and Getting Real with God
You and Debbie have an amazing daughter there....I have had the opportunity to get to know her some in student ministry...it will be exciting to see what God has planned for her.

Pastor Scott,
What a milestone and a blessing! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us. We, too, with a daughter going into kindergarten and one going to Jr High, both to new schools, share the "leaving the nest" situation. While we haven't gotten to the 18-yr old leaving home stage just yet, we realize now, more than ever, that our time with our children is small, in perspective, and extremely valuable. The lessons we teach them now in Christ, in the early years, will carry with them for eternity. God bless you and your family.

Your message really touched my heart and I truly felt your love for your daughter. I look forward to this day 17 or 18 years from now with my daughter Chelsea. I already can sense it will be tough for me too. I will indeed cherish these times while she is young. Will keep your family in my prayers. The angels are encamped about her, no worries...won't be a problem.

Scott and Debbie-
I was so honored and blessed to have had the chance to sit and talk with Keshia about a week before she left and I can tell you you've done everything right. She has an outstanding goal, heart, and love for God and other people, so....You have NOTHING to worry about!! You've done an amazing job!! She's definitely got her head on right and is headed in the right direction, trust me! :) Love you lots, Lissa :)
